Instructions for preparing the track for demo-mastering
1) Open your DAW's project and disable ALL all processing from master bus.
2) Make sure that global peak level (on master bus) less than -6db* (while any instrument must not be into the "red volume zone". To do this, select all mixer channels, except the master and lower them as long as the total
volume will not be below -6Db. DO NOT lower the volume simply by lowering the master fader channel! This is a very common mistake!).
Ps: If you have a volume automation make sure that you have changed it.
3) Export your track into Wav or Aiff 24bit 44,100 hz.
4) Create a folder and put your track and 2 refference tracks (not yours), which sounds good and solid.
5) Archive folder, name it "EN Demo (Your Email)" (for example - Demo (dj@yahoo.com) and send it via our super button (its located just above).
