Deadline

— Mastering, vinyl mastering — 1 business day
— Ultra, Lite, Combo-Lite Mixing — 2 business days
— Standard, Combo-Standard Mixing — 3 business days
— Combo-Pro Mixing — 5 business days
Orders paid before 4PM are brought into service on the same day.
Orders paid after 4PM are brought into service on the next day.

Preparation and uploading

Prepare your files before uploading them to our website following the instructions in the «Services» section.
Deadline — 360 days since the day of the order.

Warranty, storage, return

— Mastering, Ultra, Lite, Combo-Lite Mixing — 30-days warranty.
— Standard, Combo-Standard Mixing— 45-days warranty.
— «Combo-Pro» service — 60-days warranty.
— Any corrections are available within this period. No return for the work done. Check our before/after works in Portfolio section.

Bonus program

Our registered users get bonuses for every paid order.
Bonuses are virtual points that you can pay up to 100% of your order with.
1 bonus = 1 rouble
You can pay up to 100% of your order with the bonuses that are available from the cart or from the checkout page.
Bonuses are valid during 6 months.
Bonuses are added right after an online payment or within 3 days after other types of payment.

Prepayment

This alternative is only available with «Standard Set» and «Professional Set» plans.
At his own choice a customer may choose 100% payment or 50% prepayment. All you need to use the prepayment is to activate promo code «PREPAYMENT». The amount of your order will be converted automatically.
If you choose 50% prepayment we do our job completely but send you only a few parts of the track.
You can claim correction only once before full payment. After that we will send you the full version of your track. To complete the payment place your order again and activate promo code «AFTERPAYMENT».
